Cymbria receives dividend

On December 15, 2010, Cymbria Corp. received a $1,061,644 dividend from EdgePoint Wealth Management. This represents Cymbria's pro-rata share of the dividend that was declared by the Board of Directors of EdgePoint Wealth Management.
