Progress Update on EdgePoint Wealth Management as at June 30, 2010

EdgePoint Wealth Management is pleased to announce continued progress since the launch of its portfolios on
November 17th, 2008.

  • 1298 financial advisors have partnered with EdgePoint as of June 30th, 2010

  • The average investment in EdgePoint Portfolios across these partnerships was approximately $895,000 per advisor

With the growth in EdgePoint Wealth’s business, it was appropriate to review the carrying value of Cymbria’s ownership interest.

Using similar valuation techniques that were used in 2009, the fair value of Cymbria’s interest in EdgePoint Wealth was increased to $5.06 million from $3.37 million.
